Do the following two sentences sound correct?

- They developed a system to automatically edit, print and bind textbooks
for the order of individual course by developing a database for contents of
textbooks.

-To ensure sales in periods other than busy times such as summer and
winter, they introduced color digital printers to receive orders of
general business printing.

I'd change the first one slightly to make it easier to understand:

- They developed a system to automatically edit, print and bind textbooks
for the order of to be ordered for individual course courses by developing a database for of contents of
textbooks.

The second sentence unfortunately is ambiguous; I don't know whether "summer and winter" are the times that are busy or the other times. Maybe change it to something like:
- To ensure sales in slack times like ..., they introduced ....
