But what does it mean - dress tablecloth? Some kind of material the tablecloth made of?

I think it is a play on words. When a girl goes to a party she wears a "party dress." The advertisement is saying that when you want to set a table for a party you should put a "party dress" on the table. That is, the tablecloth should be their advertised "party dress tablecloth."

I think "party tablecloth" would be an adequate description. Apparently the advertising people wanted to "dress it up" a bit. The suggestion is that their tablecloth compares to an ordinary party tablecloth as a party dress compares to an ordinary dress.
