hi all, here i am, working in delicatessen counter (deli) of a supermarket. A customer comes inquiring for another product of supermarket which is in other section of the supermarket - in a grocery department. I am supposed to announce this and call an assistant from the grocery by using a local radio, which anyone in the store can hear. So that it must be a bit more formal. What could I say?

What about this...it sounds stupid but its the only thing that crosses my mind: "I am asking a grocery assistant to come to deli counter to serve customer"

WHAT IS YOUR SUGGESTION?

thank you

Maybe:
- We need a grocery assistant* at the deli counter to serve a customer.

*{You call people "assistants" in your store? Here we often hear the term, "associate". Use whatever is common there.}
