i have developed a film when he comes .
Could you give me some examples that concerns present perfect tense used in complex sentences ?

Present perfect
He has worked at that company for 3 years, and now he is responsible for sales department.
Past Perfect
He had worked at that company for 3 years before he left.
Future Perfect
He will have worked at that company for 3 years this time next year.

I don't quite know what you were trying to say - maybe "I had developed a film when he came in"? (Meaning you had completed developing a film just before he came in)
