Hi there , Thank you so much of your teachings
Today i have come up with another question

When do we usually use THOUGH , what i know we use it to compare the situation.
But do we use insted of comparing condition.

Lately i was watching UFC , one famous fighter get badly hit by other fighter and
comentator says:-
Hey what a punch , and see the all the public stands up ,though

I may not be good at explaing the situations , but please explain me with example, when do we use THOUGH in conversations.

Shall be very very thankful.

Sorry, but I can't explain the use of though in the sentence here. To me, it doesn't seem to fit.

I think of it as meaning "however", showing that something is in at least a mild contradiction or is not what you ordinarily might expect:

- I thought I was well prepared for that exam; I only received a C, though.

My only guess is that the commentator did not expect the public to stand up, but they did. This agrees with Pete's interpretation.
