Here is a possible modified version. In particular, the word "chat" refers to an informal conversation; it would not be used for a formal presentation (talk). I made several other changes. I'm not certain that I understood what you meant by "contribute to the implantation of the mushroom market". That phrase doesn't make sense to me.

It seems strange to me for you to suggest such a detailed and specialized title for the talk, unless the recipient has published something on that precise topic; if that is the case, it would be good to mention it. Otherwise, you might suggest a general subject that you think would be good for the symposium and leave the title of the talk strictly up to the recipient.
