u can use verb to do ( do - does - did ) in ur question if u ask about action

such as : Do u write ur home work ? the action here is write

I would have to agree with you on that. I have found if I am traveling, learning the native language is the best practice.

English is known as the universal language. If you are planning to travel to a country where the language is different you can still can communicate with them in english. Most tourist places speak english.
