WHich of these sentences is correct?

"If you have any job available that can suit me, please let me know."

or

"If you have any job that can suit me available, please let me know."

Both seem correct to me. The first is probably a little easier for someone to understand, since in the second sentence, a whole clause separates the adjective "available" from the preceding noun that it modifies; when you see the adjective, you have to think back a bit to figure out what word it is supposed to be modifying.

On the other hand, the most important concept of the sentence is "a job that can suit me", so it makes sense to want to keep that phrase together. If I were trying to ask about this in real life, I probably would avoid both problems with a slight re-write:

- I am sure that your company must have many jobs that can suit me; if you have such a job available, please … .

Neither of these looks nice to me, though maybe I could put up with #1.
Why not take another:

3. If you have any available job that can suit me , please let me know.
