I have a question. Wonder if you could help...

On page X? or In page X? or both?

I suppose this is right: "on the front/back of the page" and "at the top/bottom of the page"

"on page X" is correct.
"in page X" is incorrect.

you are right about the rest.
"on the front/back/side of the page"
"at the top/bottom of the page"
"in the middle of the page"
