Hi,
Would you please tell me which tense is correct?
1-1. I am very happy to [make, have made] it on time.
1-2. I was very happy to [make, have made] it on time.
1-3. I'd be very happy to [make, have made] it on time.
2-1. I am glad to [make, have made] it on time.
2-2. I was glad to [make, have made] it on time.
2-3. I'd be glad to [make, have made] it on time.
Thanks in advance.
Have a good day.

1-1. I am very happy to [make, have made] it on time. [Both ok. Make: you are always happy when you make it on time. Have made: (more likely what you meant) you are referring to a past occurrence that makes you happy now.]
1-2. I was very happy to [make, have made] it on time. [Both are possible. Make: (this is less likely. Someone asked you to be on time, and you were happy to oblige. Have made: (most likely what was intended) you made it on time so at some point in the past after that, you were happy.]
1-3. I'd be very happy to [make, have made] it on time. [Again, both ok. Make: you are talking about a future intention. Have made: this is a contrary-to-fact conditional; if you had made it on time, you would now be happy.]
2-1. I am glad to [make, have made] it on time. **
2-2. I was glad to [make, have made] it on time. **
2-3. I'd be glad to [make, have made] it on time. **
** I think the "glad" sentences take the same comments as the corresponding "very happy" sentences.
