HELLO!I am from cyprus and i want to know about unreal past and when do you use dispite , althought and in spite of.......Please tell me......

Despite (that's the word you probably wanted to use) and is spite of have the same meaning. Definition: Used before one fact that makes other fact surprising. See examples:
- I must say to have enjoyed my vacation despite weather.
- [Despite, in spite of] having won three games in row, they're still far from the top.
Although is a subordinating conjunction which means either 'despite of the fact that' or 'but'.
-She went to the party, although her mother didn't consent to it.
-I will come for sure, although I may be a little bit late.
