"I will leave in three days time."
I transfered this sentense into these two,
1) He said that he would leave in three days' time.
2) He said that he would leave after three days' time.
Could you tell me which sentense is better and why?
Many thanks in advance.

I think you would hear both versions, and probably number 1 would be the more common transformation to reported speech.
That said, I slightly prefer number 2, since I think it is completely unambiguous. Although I don't think that in practice number 1 would be mis-interpreted, there is a slight chance (maybe in a particular context) that "in three days' time" would be taken as referring to the time the speech was being reported rather than to the time it was original spoken. Version 2 definitely refers to three days after the time of the original speech.
