please correct

1.My flight arrives at 12.30pm/I will arrive at 12.30 pm on 23rd.( any other way to say this)
2.Here it is very hot outside,the summer has started,July and August are the peak time.
3.Is it not possible for you to extend your leave?If possible, try.(suggest better one)
4.I feel like you will definitely get a job over here before the end of this year.My sixth sense says so!!!!

2.Here it is very hot outside,the summer has started,July and August are the peak time. [It is wrong to separate independent clauses by commas. Either use semicolons or break into separate sentences with periods.]
