hi folks
I saw 2 weird sentences.
they are weird to me please kindly tell me if they are correct or not.
1)
I cannot to do it.
2) I cannot not to do it.
As I know the modal verb" can" or " cannot" is followed by an adverb or verb.
Thanks in advanced

Yes, I think to shouldn't be there in either sentence:
3490 on "cannot do it"
http://books.google.com/books?q=%22cannot+do+it%22&btnG=Search+Books
17 on "cannot to do it"
http://books.google.com/books?q=%22cannot+to+do+it%22&btnG=Search+Books
112 on "cannot not do it"
http://books.google.com/books?q=%22cannot+not+do+it%22&btnG=Search+Books
0 on "cannot not to do it"
http://books.google.com/books?q=%22cannot+not+to+do+it%22&btnG=Search+Books
But show us the links to those sentences anyway.

"Can" is not followed by "to", except in situations such as this one:
As I said from the start it's vitally important that we do everything we can// to defend Hospital.
The key phrase there is "do everything to defend the..."
Normally found with:
all/as much as/everything we can//to
