Am I wrong or is this report?

I thought the word "they" turning it into "They're" means for like...Pretend I'm talking about Volvo drivers...

I think "they're" alright.
But on this report on the news they said this quote regarding plastic surgery with movie stars:

"They are like, 'I didn't do anything,' — meanwhile, "they're"eyebrows are here." I would have written "their" ??? Is that right?

You are right, it should be their.
