When it comes to " season's greetings",
we often say " season's greetings" right?
What if I use it as an adjective to talk about cards?

season's greeting cards or season's greetings cards?
Which one is correct?

Thanks

Generally they are just "greeting cards." Sometimes they may be "holiday greeting cards." Personally, I like to call them Christmas cards.

"Buy your holiday greeting cards here!"
"I've just finished sending out all my Christmas cards."
"Did you see the price of greeting cards this year?"
