A theft, involving approximately $10,000 worth of jewelry, was reported at 8:34 a.m. I was assigned the case at 9:30. The victim is eager to take action and wants the thief sent to prison. Further, the theft victim suggested that I check out three people who may have been at the scene at the time of the crime; a cook, an electrician and a personal assistant. All were easily contacted and appeared to have known about the jewels but felt no temptation to steal them. I am looking for the possibility that the jewels are hidden.
