1) People can exert pressure on business for their business ethics.
2) People can exert pressure on business to have business ethics.

Do the above sentences make sense?
Are they grammatically correct? If no, are there any differences in meanings?
If yes, can you correct it for me?

I can't tell what the first sentence is supposed to mean. The biggest problem is that "their" seems to refer to "people", but from the second sentence, I presume that it was supposed to refer to employees and managers of the business that was mentioned.

Sentence 2 is correct, but one of the following would be better:
- People can exert pressure on business to exhibit business ethics.
- People can exert pressure on business to show business ethics.
- People can exert pressure on business to act ethically.
