Can somebody tell me what this expression means?

(I don't really know, but maybe these clues will help:
Santa Claus refers to somebody who is giving gifts.
Cadillac probably means luxury/first class/high quality/expensive).

Thank you, Rusty
This expression is from a story.
Here is the situation when this line was said:
Several people are talking in a room.
One of them leave the room for bathroom or something.
When he comes back, he asks, "Did I miss anything?"
Then other people say, "Just Santa Clause is giving out Cadillac".
(I don't remember if those were the exact sentences)
So, I assumed it meant "nothing much" or "nothing important".
Does it make sense?
Thank you for your help though.

I searched for "drug slang Cadillac" and found that Cadillac is slang for the drug PCP. I assume that the people in your story are making a joke about Santa Claus. If they are not joking, maybe somebody gave out free samples.
