I think I need a bit more information before answering.

I suppose your family name is Chan, correct? And they named you Lin Wing, right? So, your family and friends call you Chan Lin Wing. Is this true?

How are you also named Peter? And to whom would you like to say you are Peter somebody?

I just saw type it.

I am Peter( his English name) Lin Wing ( his Chinese name) Wing( his Chinese surname).

I was only wondering if An Asian guy can put his English name( Peter)

his Chinese name ( Lin Wing) and his Chinese surname( Wing) as follows.

I am Peter Lin Wing Chan.

Well, people can ask others to call them anything they want, I suppose.

Peter was probably not named Peter by his Chinese parents, so he took Peter as a convenient name among his English-speaking friends. Also, because Chinese and English folks use the opposite for their names, "Peter" reordered his name for the benefit of his English speaking friends.

If my name was Odd Thomas Smith in America but I wanted to be called Lin by my Chinese friends in Asia, I might follow the steps above and say my name is Smith "Lin" Odd Thomas, or something like that. You might be able to pick out the Chinese name "Lin" from that, and also be able to call me Mr. Smith.
