Hi All!
11 Ways to Improve Your Writing.
1: Begin with one grain of sand.
2: Give the who, what, when, where, and why.
3: Step up to bat and take a few swings.
4: Adopt a plain writing style.
5: Keep it short.
6: Give the reader a map.
7: Be active.
8: Cut unneeded words and prune windy phrases.
9: Watch out for these four commonly misused words.
10: Stress benefits, not features.
11: Give your writing the conversation test.

The list of writing hints given earlier appears to be the contents list of an informative article at the following address:
You can go there to see explanations of the hints and examples of their use. One of the things you will find there is exactly which four words are the ones that suggestion "9" mentions.

Hello ,my friends
Thanks for this valuable information. I also learned at the University, if we want to improve our writing must
1- Use simple and easy vocabulary
2-Divide your thoughts into short sentences(write short sentences)
3-Do not worry about grammar but try to avoid any misspellings.
Hi , wardaa
How are you.
Did I improve my writing? What do you think?

How can we rate our writing skills? Ours standard? If we can improve or not?I would like to write short stories or simple plain interesting things that happen, in a magazine. But I know it is difficult to get a chance or write in commanding language. how can I improve?

Hello my friends,
I am very glad because I am writing to you and I want to hear your opinions.
I think all the english skills are coherent. When I want to write I need to read and when I want to read I need to listen what I read and at the end I have to speak. And all need to practice. Here, the problem there is not anyone who can speak with me.
cheers

I feel I must add a comment here. To check any of your grammar etc., you really need a native (or near native) speaker of English to advise you otherwise you may be advising incorrectly. Unfortunately, there are few native speakers with time to spare who would be willing to do this.
I have seen a post by "dead rose" who wanted 30 pages to the checked. How long do you think this would take? This would take me far too long for me to be interested in doing it.
If you are going to correct someone's work, you need to be correct yourself. Wardaa, I think you are genuinely trying to help. Unfortunately you, yourself, have also made several errors in your corrections of the post. It is a case of "the blind leading the blind".
I would suggest to any who is posting a message that they read and re-read several times what they have written. In this "thread" alone, there are too many basic mistakes being made, which with a little thought could be avoided.
