I am glad to see you. I respect you and I respect your opinion. You mean we need a leader have a good english.
This is true but who?
You are a very good at english. We need person like you. therefor. can you help us and become as a teacher for us in this forum.
I know, maybe you have a lot of work and you are not a full-time for us. But I sure you do not want to we learn english by a wrong way.
We will be very happy if you accept and help us.

To do this correctly, it would be very time consuming. Unfortunately, I do not have the time to commit myself to a regular "meeting" over the internet.
I am quite happy, when time permits, to answer some short questions as to grammar etc.

The pronunciation of English for a non-native speaker is very difficult. Written English can be acquired more easily. Your "group" requires both written and pronunciation guidance.

Regrettably, I am unable to help you on a permanent basis, but feel free to ask short questions in the appropriate forum.
