Hi, my dear teachers, I'm having a problem with one word in this sentence,

The mould workshop is equipped with multiple CNC machine tools which allowed(?)us to design and make all kinds of moulds all by ourselves.

Should I use "allow", "allows",or "allowed"? Thank you very much.
