What does these phrases mean: "as of now", "as of friday"? Can you give me sample sentences that use these phrases.

These are references to a time point.

As of now means the way thing are now. As of now, I have no plans to visit the Queen.

As of Friday means the way things were last Friday, or will be next Friday. As of Friday, they had no more balloons. As of Friday, we will no longer offer a free soda with each hamburger.
