Just a bit clearer to me would be:

Not because you're beautiful (do) I love you.

I don't love you because you're beautiful.
This could be mistaken to mean "I don't love you and the reason is that you are beautiful."
Here is what I think you are trying to say:
It's not because you're beautiful that I love you.
