prepositions of time

I need to make this clear. We say on Monday morning, on Tuesday afternoon but do we say on Sunday night or on Saturday midnight as well? Because we say at night, at noon etc.

"On Sunday night" is correct, but we say "on Sunday at midnight" and not "on Sunday midnight".
