Hi,

Please help me correcting this. Thanks in advance.
Question:

We would like to know why did you extend the effectivity date the ticket number. Have you coordinated this to the contact person?

Answer:

Please be informed that I am working on this ticket. It just happened that I had several tickets and tasks that I had to be done or prioritized, so I extended the effectivity date of it; since I could not make to resolve it on time and it would be breached on June 26, 2009.

I would apreciate if you could inform the contact about this and apologize as I was not able to inform her (contact).

I am currently working on this ticket. Due to the large number of tickets I have been working on, I had to extend the effectivity date of this particular ticket. I would not have been able to resolve it before its original effectivity date of June 26, 2009.

I have not informed the contact about the revised date. Would you be able to inform the contact person for this ticket about the revised date and apologize for the delay?
