can we say ..... or not.
For exemple:
1-The bat have stayed in the cave for 6 months by the time that the storm will be end.
2- After I wake up, I will go to the train station.

Sentence one sounds kind of strange as far as I am concerned... are you trying to convey that when the storm ends, the bat will have been stayed in the cave for six months? If so, I would write - The bat will have been stayed in the cave for six months by the time that the storm ends.

Regarding the second one, it's entirely correct.

Oh, almost forgot, you should have applied "has" instead of "have" as it is "bat" is single rather than plural. Otherwise, you probably have made a typing mistaking. :)

I think the 'been' is not required in the sentence.

The bat will have stayed in the cave for 6 months by the time that the storm ends.
