is "news" a singular name or a plural ?
if it is singular, what is it plural?
if it is plural, what is it singular?(does it have singular?)

'News' is singular. It is always followed by 'is'.

News is not countable. There is no plural. (There is really no singular, either.) We do not say one news, two newses. There is only news.
These are some ways we use news:
I read about the bank robbery today in the news.
We have good news: Mary passed her exam.
Did you hear the news about Phil?
They will have some news to report after their analysis.
She had news about the tennis match and about the party this weekend.

If you do want to count news you can say
"one (two etc.) piece(s) of news"
