You guys have your own house.
You guys = plural
Should I change " house" to "houses"?
If I do that, is it a mistake?
It is because it may mean
each of the guys has more than one house?
Thanks

1) Yes changing house to houses will imply that each one has his own house.
2) Regarding the question of plural, the effect is in the word 'have'. If it would have been the singular form 'guy', it would have been correct to use 'has'.

Who says "you guy has your own..."?

All these are correct, but different:
You guys have your own house. [a house for all
You guys have your own houses. [probably one or more in a house, one or more in another, etc
You guys have each of you your own house. [one for each house

Another choice:
You guys each have your own house.
