Hi,

The company took a massive leap towards excellent service.

What does " take a massive leap" mean?

Does it mean " to make some huge changes" ?

Thank you

This expression means the company moved very quickly toward their goal of providing excellent service. In most cases this WOULD imply they made huge changes rather than taking a small step. They are much closer to providing excellent service than if they had taken a “small leap”. The use of the word “massive” here also indicates that what the company did was not typical or usual.
