Hi,
Please check if these sentences are correct.

1-1. Nancy is there.
1-2. There Nancy is.
1-3. There is Nancy.

2-1. She is there.
2-2. There she is.

3-1. Down fell baseball-sized hail/hailstones.
3-2. Down it falls.

Thanks in advance.

1-1. Nancy is there. [Ok. This is a common, matter of fact declarative statement.]
1-2. There Nancy is. [While not wrong, this would not be common. If you have been discussing the fact that you don't see Nancy, and you suddenly spot her, you might say it, but 2-2 (below) would be more likely. If you have been discussing the absence of both Nancy and Jane and suddenly spot Nancy, this would be reasonable.]
1-3. There is Nancy. [Ok. You have just spotted Nancy and are pointing her out, but there is no indication that you had been specifically searching for her.]

2-1. She is there. [Ok. A declarative statement of fact.]
2-2. There she is. [See my comment about 1-2.]

3-1. Down fell baseball-sized hail/hailstones. [Ok.]
3-2. Down it falls. [Not wrong, but I don't think this more general statement would be as common as the more specific 3-1.]
