Hi,
Please check these sentences and correct them.
1-1. I have heard that never before.
1-2. I have never heard that before.
1-3. Never before have I heard that.
2. Last night, little did I drink.
3. Little did I dream that I would see you here!
4. Only if you see it (once), must you believe me.
5. Not until this morning, did I believe him.
6. Not a word did I miss (in his speech/lecture, in the class/movie/novel).
7. Never have I said that.

1-1. I have heard that never before. [No.]
1-2. I have never heard that before. [Ok. Natural and common.]
1-3. Never before have I heard that. [Ok. Not common; shows special emphasis.]
2. Last night, little did I drink. [Not natural. Try:
- I only drank a little last night. ]
3. Little did I dream that I would see you here! [Ok.]
4. Only if you see it (once), must you believe me. [No. Say:
- If only you could see it, you would believe me. ]
5. Not until this morning did I believe him. [Ok. (I removed a comma.)]
6. Not a word did I miss (<strike>in</strike> of his speech/lecture, in the class, of the movie/novel).
7. Never have I said that. [Ok. Gives more emphasis compared to the more usual:
- I have never said that. ]
