Where is the best place to learn inglish

Of course the best place to learn English is in USA or England, but probably not every body has conditions to go to another country to study English. Most of people don’t have conditions to travel, because of money or job.

So the ease place to study English is a conversation group or at the internet or at home.

I visited Bangkok, Thailand, earlier this year and stayed in a youth hostel. There were two middle school girls who volunteered to help travellers. The girls told me it's a good way to practice English since many guests were native English speakers. Just an idea for you! Obviously you need to live close to a tourist city, and the hostels there have to support this kind of program.

the simple fact to watch english movies or read an english book improves a lot our english i think. :D
