Hy everybody,
as far as I know you can express two ideas in one sentence by useing a participle. How is it grammatical correct to shorten the following two sentences?
a) The man has been hit by a car.
b) The man has died in hospital.
Can I say: The man hit by a car has died in hospital. Or must I say: The man who has been hit by a car has died in hospital? Can I shorten the present perfect by useing a past paticiple?
Many thanks in advance
Marcus
