Hi,
Check these please!

1-1. Canada is on the north of the US.
1-2. Canada is to the north of the US.
1-3. Canada is north of the US. [If these are all correct, which is common?]

2-1. He is above [telling a lie, doing housework].
2-2. He thinks it is beneath him [to tell a lie, to do housework]. [Do these both have the same concept?]

3. Do you have a cell phone with/on you?
4. Are you hiding a cheeseburger anywhere with/on you?
5. Is that wine in/on your breath? / Yes. I had a little at Tom's birthday party.
6. How do I look? Am I looking okay for the party? / You look gorgeous in anything, Lora.

(They are all correct and equally common).

2-1. He is above [telling a lie, doing housework].
2-2. He thinks it is beneath him [to tell a lie, to do housework]. [Do these both have the same concept?] (Yes, except that you have introduced "he thinks" into 2-2).

3. Do you have a cell phone with/on you? (OK).
4. Are you hiding a cheeseburger anywhere <strike>with</strike> /on you?
5. Is that wine <strike>in/</strike> on your breath? / Yes. I had a little at Tom's birthday party.
