corrections, changes or ideas are really welcome.
Summary
Japanese’s hardworking motivation is based on teamwork. This attitude comes from an ancient tradition of obedience, in which employees use to be very loyal to their companies.
We must include the fact of the encouragement of the society by identifying someone by the company he works.
Beyond or (besides??) this tradition, we can also point the Japanese’s philosophic basis, in which = (or a suitable term that I could substitute for this?? ) they believe that work is a virtue.
And the last but not the least, another important and practical element is saving for retirement whereas they face the necessity of working hard in their youth to provide for their retirement.
