With a sudden burst of adrenaline , he will be able to lift the car.
With a sudden burst of adrenaline , he could be able to lift the car.
With a sudden burst of adrenaline , he could lift the car.
With a sudden burst of adrenaline , he can lift the car.

Please explain all the above sentences.

1. With a sudden burst of adrenaline , he will be able to lift the car. (It's definite).
2. With a sudden burst of adrenaline , he could be able to lift the car. (It's possible).
3. With a sudden burst of adrenaline , he could lift the car. (It's possible).
4. With a sudden burst of adrenaline , he can lift the car. (It's definite).
(1 and 4 have the same meaning. 2 and 3 have the same meaning).
