Hey, I am Roger from Hong Kong where general public put much emphais on bringing students up to the certain level in written and spoken English.

Since Hong Kong used to be a British Colony, we, influenced greatly by Britian, have exposed to English a long time, therefore , English is not a major hindrance to people of Hong Kong.

I like learning European language , not least German as well as French, I am glad either to talk to you in English or to write to you in English.
