Please correct and suggest the better ones.



1)I am writing to inform about the unsuitable production plan.
2)According to the production plan of the third line (line 3) that you sendt to us on the day 16, Sept, we would have to finnish FP10 yesterday. I regret to inform you that FP10 won’t have to finnished until before on Saturday 18, Sept. (Althought we asked the workers to increase working hours from yesterday 17, Sept.)
3)Comparing to the plan, we will be late 2 days. The reason is the break-down of the machine on two days 11 and 13 Sept. The shaving machine had problem about something to correct the machine.
4)So, BR12 will be replaced the form on Sunday 19. The correcting and starting production BR12 will be carried out on Monday 20 Sept. We are going to finnish BR12 on Thursday 23 Sept.
5)If evrything is OK, RP12 would be corrected (the machine) and runed on Friday 24 Sept.
6) Please correct the production plan to be very close to practice. Please let us know if you have any opinion about the above inormation.
