Hi,
Please check if these sentences are correct and natural?
1. He felt guilty/guilt for being unfaithful. or He felt guilty/guilt that he was unfaithful.
2. He felt guilty/guilt for having been unfaithful. or He felt guilty/guilt that he had been unfaithful.
3. He felt guilty/guilt for [telling/snitching, having told/snitched] his teacher on [them, the thing]. [Both tenses mean the same, don't they?]
4. I felt guilty/guilt that maybe I [did, had done] something to cause that. [Both mean the same, don't they?]
5. He felt guilty/guilt that he [was, had been] born [rich, into a rich family] when he saw boys at/about/around his age working in the factory for a living.
6. She felt guilty/guilt that she had not done as much as she ought to have done.
7. When you feel guilty/guilt, how do you respond?
8. Why do you feel guilty/guilt for things you are not responsible for?
9. I've never felt guilty/guilt over/about/with/for the things.
