Dear teacher,
When somebody say thankyou to me, I will say: Not at all or you are welcome. But what will I say, when there is someone say sorry to me?
Thanks a lot

A person might say, "I'm sorry," to apologize for something he or she did. In that case, the polite response is, "That's all right," or maybe "Apology accepted."
A person might say, "I'm sorry," to express sympathy for something that has happened to you. In that case, probably the best immediate response is, "Thank you," maybe followed by a statement of appreciation. This "thank you" probably would not get the formula "you're welcome" in reply.
