Dear Teachers:

(A) I need you to work on these new accounting reports.
(B) I need for you to work on these new accounting reports.

Which is more usual and acceptable? If both are possible, what is the difference in meaning?

Thank you!

(Both seem natural and acceptable, although "for" may be unnecessary).
