View Full Version : edit - cross training
"Employee benefits" are not as important as each employee having the opportunities to work in a company that provides a nurturing environment for its employees, that each department developes healthily, and that each member is given training opportunities not only within the company but also in foreign companies.
Our company has an excellent training program. Externally, we send our staff to a local Japanese business company for training, and internally, we have specialized professionals providing on-going cross-trainings in different departments.
Thanks for the edit.

"each employee having (1) the opportunity to work in a company that provides a nurturing environment for its employees, a company in which that each department develops healthily, and that where each member is (2) given training opportunities "
(1) the use of the article "the" calls for a singular opportunity.
(2) No article is used with opportunities.
