(I'm not sure if "rampage loggings" is appropriate. Can you please explain what you mean? Otherwise, the grammar is OK in both sentences).

("Uncontrolled logging" is good. I'm not saying that rampage logging/logging rampage is incorrect, it's just that the meaning is not obvious. A Google search brings up "logging rampage" but only one "rampage logging" -- yours).
