It is a common illness that effects some people more than others. The symptoms are watery eyes, a dripping nose, a cough, sour throat. It's also called an upper respiratory infection. Sometime other complications develop such as bronchitis, laryngitis, ear infection, etc. I should know. I've had one all this week!
