Hello teachers!
Would you please check these sentences and correct them for me?
1. I been here (for/in) 3 years, but I haven't seen anything like this.
2. This is to inform you that we will be away from work over/throughout/during/for the next week.
3. It's you that are to [blame, be blamed].
4. We must keep our children from violence on TV.
5. I tried to keep my baby from pulling/taking his hat off in the cold weather, but he was very determined.
6. She is pregnant with her ex-husband.
7. She is 5 months pregnant.

1. I have been here (for/ ) 3 years, but I haven't seen anything like this.
2. This is to inform you that we will be away from work over/throughout/during/for the next week. (All OK. During does not mean for the entire week, as the other prepositions do).
3. It's you that are to .(You is both singular and plural. If you mean this to be plural, the verb, are, is OK. If you mean you to be singular, change the verb to is).
4. We must keep our children from violence on TV. (OK).
5. I tried to keep my baby from pulling/taking his hat off in the cold weather, but he was very determined. (OK).
6. She is pregnant [b]by her ex-husband.
7. She is 5 months pregnant. (OK).
