You can't put an –s ending on a modal verb.

You can form al plurals by adding –s.

You can't use the contracted form in spoken and informal written English.

You can't use the definite article with place names.

You can't put do with the verb be.

You can't put a comma after but.

(This sounds like a test. I can't guarantee that I'll get 100%)

You can put an adverb of frequency between the noun/pronoun and the verb. (Example: I often/seldom/frequently go to the movies with Jim.
That's OK)

You can't put an –s ending on a modal verb. (Example: cans/musts/woulds/ All these are incorrect).

You can form al plurals by adding –s.
(Do you mean "all"? You can not form all plurals by adding -s. Some take -es, some have Latin endings, example: bacterium, bacteria).

You can't use the contracted form in spoken and informal written English.
(That is the most usual way to use contracted forms. Example: I'm vs. I am/can't vs. cannot).

You can't use the definite article with place names. (Examples: The Rocky Mountains, the Pacific Ocean. I see no reason why not).

You can't put do with the verb be. (Example: I do be sick a lot. This is an archaic use).

You can't put a comma after but. (I agree).

You can't use get to mean become. (Wrong. We are getting better and better, aren't we?)
