Are these all acceptable? If so, which is more idiomatic?

1-1. This is one and a half times heavier than that.
1-2. This is one and half times heavier than that.
1-3. This is one time and a half heavier than that.
1-4. This is one time and half heavier than that.

2-1. It will take one and a half hour.
2-2. It will take one and half hour.
2-3. It will take one hour and a half.
2-4. It will take one hour and half.
