Can I use these with the same meaning? If not, please tell me the difference.
1. He died within 7 days of attending the conference.
2. He died 7 days after attending the conference.

(The meaning is different. 1. means he died on day 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 or 7 after the conference. 2. means he died on day 7).
